AIESEC branded internships Teachers of Tomorrow and Business of Tomorrow

The Global Internship Programme gives students and recent graduates the opportunity to take on a cross-cultural professional development experience with some of the top companies from around the world. The Programme specifically targets skill development both to meet the education plan of the intern participating as well as to support filling a talent need for the company. It is a long term (usually 6 – 18 months professional internship experience in one of the following fields: business administration/sales/marketing, teaching English/subjects.

The programme is focused on the personal and professional development of participants’ by offering them internship opportunities in companies and organisations abroad. Participants have the opportunity to immerse themselves in a different culture and work environment.

AIESEC Lithuania runs the Business of Tomorrow and Teachers of Tomorrow Programmes to create a positive impact in society while connecting students and graduates with professional organisations and companies and giving them a possibility to enrich their CVs, develop their skills and gain the international experience.

What is provided during your internship

A salary to cover living costs is provided by the company (inclusive of food/accommodation)

Local support in host country and in Lithuania

What is provided before and after your internship

A buddy (a local student and AIESEC member) will help support you through the process, and stay in communication with you while you undertake your exchange.
Visa and invitation letter support
Pre-departure cultural support or in other words Outgoing Preparation Seminar to help you deal with culture shock, tips and tricks on being away from Lithuania, and a chance to meet past participants.

Details and eligibility

Cost: 700 Lt excluding flights, visas and travel insurance.

Duration: 3 -18 months

Eligibility: Student or recent graduate (less than 2 years since graduation) and under 30 years of age at commencing internship. Volunteering/work experience required.

Obligatory attendace: Selection Interview and Preparation Seminar on 16th November, held in Kaunas (seminar prices is included)
